Exactly, Judy. It also states specifically that they are interested in the Tennessee and Cumberland Rivers. The AQ at Nashville fills the river up. Also, if they build it narrow enough, they can go above Nashville on the Cumberland and up to Knoxville on the Tennessee.

Some might say, "Why not lobby hard for a DQ exemption?" As much as I would like to see that, there are several reasons: 1. The hassle of getting the exemption and costs involved, plus the uncertainty of it. 2. High operating costs. 3. Rooms too small for what folks expect these days. Plus you have the size issue with the DQ, too. She can't go just everywhere.
