Steamboats.org Blogs' primary purpose is to facilitate the exchange of information, suggestions, ideas and discussion about facts and history, not to serve as a personal/private diary type of weblog. Please use other blogging services like blogger.com for these purposes.
It is also not a place for politics or personal attacks, whether targeted on specific persons or groups of persons directly or indirectly.
Steamboats.org Blog's weblogs should be related to boats, ships, rivers, etc. and may not go totally off topic, e.g. writing about cars or asian food all the time. If you're not sure on whether your plans are withing acceptable range, please ask before posting.
The Steamboats.org Blogs require all posters to adhere to a high standard of courtesy and civility. Polite, constructive criticism, and polite responses to same, are acceptable. Insulting or inflammatory language, argument and debate for their own sake, and personal attacks on others ("flaming") are all prohibited.
There will be zero tolerance for this, and posts containing profanity will be deleted on sight.
If you have any questions of suggestions, or to report problems and/or abuses, please contact the Steamboats.org webmaster: Franz Neumeier
